Business Professionals of America (“us”, “we”, “our”, or “BPA”) operates the www.bpa.org website (the “Site”).

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data when you use our Site and the choices you have associated with that data.

Your data is used to provide and improve the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. We may use aggregate information (information that does not personally identify you) that is collected on this Site in order to improve the Site and for our market research activities. Terminating Membership:

If you provided bpa.org with your e-mail address and/or postal address, you may receive periodic communications from us via bpa.org. The communications will provide information on membership resources, competitive events, Torch Awards, BPA Cares, scholarships or other membership/organization related news. If you no longer wish to be a registered member of Business Professionals of America and the bpa.org website or participate in any of the programs or services provided through your student membership, you may request that your personal information be removed from our list of active members at any time by following the "opt-out" procedures in our email or by visiting Opt Out. Failure to follow the procedures we have provided could delay the removal of your information.

We will promptly process your request; however, there may be a gap between the time when we receive your request and the time when we are able to remove your information from all scheduled communications and lists for active members as ALLOWABLE BY LAW. Therefore, you may receive another email after requesting to be removed from such lists before the request is eventually processed as allowable by law.
