This fund supports the overall BPA program development to provide members access to leadership development, competitions, and career awareness.

This fund supports the national Executive Council scholarship fund. Recipients are determined in March of each membership year and encouraged to attend the National Leadership Conference to network, attend workshops, compete, and receive their scholarships on the big stage.
