Are you a dynamic speaker with a desire to share your experiences and expertise? You are invited to submit a proposal to present a workshop to the BPA membership at the 2024 National Leadership Conference (NLC)! Others will benefit from your experience while you make a valuable contribution to your profession. Our goal is for students and educators to experience educational, informative, inspirational, and entertaining professional development.

The 2024 National Leadership Conference is anticipated to be a full, in-person event with an expected attendance of over 6,500 students and educators. The event will be held from May 10-14 at the Hilton Chicago in Chicago, Illinois. Presentations may be a part of the Leadership Passport and/or Advisor Workshop series hosted at the conference. These opportunities will be offered at the following dates and times:

     - Saturday, May 11^th between 8:00 pm-5:00 pm CT
     - Sunday, May 12^th between 8:00 pm-5:00 pm CT
     - Monday, May 13^th between 8:00 am-5:00 pm CT (should there be the need for additional workshops)

Workshops designed for students should aim to enhance their skills in various areas, including but not limited to leadership development, critical thinking, interpersonal communication, character development, as well as college and career preparation. Similarly, advisor workshops should offer educators fresh ideas and activities to incorporate into their classrooms and chapters.

Past topics encompassed aspects such as career readiness, personal branding, engagement on social media, Internet safety, industry certifications aligned with the workforce, and trends in education.

*Note that advertisements for a product or service would require a sponsorship agreement between the presenting entity and BPA.
