BPA is bound by the essential code, guidelines and regulations provided within these documents.
Below you will find the Business Professionals of America (BPA) governing documents that govern all working boards, committees, and divisions within the organization. This includes our Board of Trustees, State Association Advisory Council (SAAC), Classroom Educators Advisory Council (CEAC) and National Business Advisory Council (NBAC).
The Middle Level, Secondary and Post-secondary Divisions bylaws are secondary principles that govern the Divisions' internal affairs of the division and describe in detail the procedures and steps that each Division must follow in order to conduct business effectively and efficiently.

The Business Professionals of America Code of Regulations outlines the various procedures and rules that govern our organization.
The Code of Regulations guides our organization’s directors, officers, members and employees on how to conduct themselves and the business of the organization and have been developed subject to standards established by the tax code and application state and federal laws.

Policies and Procedures Manual
The Business Professionals of America Policies and Procedures Manual was created to set forth methods of business operation for and the relationship between Business Professionals of America Inc. and the unincorporated national student and alumni organization, Business Professionals of America.
BPA’s governing documents, policies and procedures as approved by the Board of Trustees are available to BPA members and advisors. The manual is not made available in print as it is regularly being reviewed and updated based on questions and feedback received by the BPA Board of Trustees, however, it is provided as a PDF download that can be printed by individuals if they wish. While the most recent manual is available here, check back from time to time for an updated version.

Middle Division Bylaws
The Middle Level Division is an organization of State Associations, each operating in accordance with a charter granted by Business Professionals of America Inc.
The Middle Level Division bylaws outline the basic purpose of the organization and set the parameters that govern the actions and activities of the division. This outline provides members with direction and, if followed, saves time and promotes the development of sound work.
