Purpose

To recognize an individual who has made significant contributions to Business Professionals of America as a local chapter advisor.

Eligibility

Registered, local chapter advisors in good standing with Business Professionals of America. To be eligible for the Advisor of the Year award the nominator must submit the following information about the nominee:

Nomination Form
Narrative review of nominee’s supportive contributions to BPA
Three letters of support for the nominee
– One letter must be from an administrator
– One letter must be from a current student
Resume for the nominee

Who is eligible for the BPA Cares awards?

How do I apply for these awards?

BPA Cares award applications, found on the webpage for each award (excluding the Merit Scholar, Professional Cup, and Membership Explosion Awards), must be submitted online. Submission applications must include all activity descriptions. Partial applications will not be accepted or combined. Do not begin the application online submission form until you have completed all activities.

The Merit Scholar exam is offered at the National Leadership Conference.

The Professional Cup and Membership Explosion awards are determined on a national level based on the qualifications provided.
