Pennies for Pacheco
Thirteen years ago, Texas BPA had the pleasure of having Jacob Pacheco as a state officer. After serving his term, he met Krystina, the love of his life, and they went on to have two children. However, only a few days after the birth of their second child, Krystina was rushed back to the hospital. To follow her journey, please watch the video below.
