Business Professionals of America members are provided an opportunity for the development of leadership skills, personal and professional growth, and career-related competencies. Involvement in Business Professionals of America will enhance social awareness, civic responsibility, and understanding of the business community. The state leadership conference (SLC) is the highlight of the Texas Association and we look forward to hosting over 3,600 members for our conference.

We need you! This year our State Leadership Conference will be in Dallas, Texas, March 2-5, 2023. We are looking for volunteers to fill our judged events and assist us with our conference to review projects and presentations from the most outstanding young leaders in Texas. Winners will advance to the National Leadership Conference.
But wait...there's more... The National Leadership Conference will be in Anaheim, California, April 26-30 and we need YOU to help show 6,000 of our closest friends what Texas hospitality looks like by being an outstanding judge for these young professionals from across the country and beyond.
