What It Means to Be a State Officer for Ohio BPA

Serving as a State Officer for Ohio BPA is more than holding a leadership position—it’s an opportunity to grow, lead, and make a meaningful impact across our state. As a representative of Ohio’s BPA membership, you will play a key role in guiding the direction of the organization, helping lead statewide events, connecting with members, and representing thousands of motivated Ohio students.

This leadership role requires students who are committed, responsible, and ready to think beyond themselves. Ohio BPA State Officers are strong communicators, organized planners, and positive role models who are passionate about service and leadership. Officers learn how to work as a team, manage multiple responsibilities, and make decisions that influence members across the state—all while staying focused on their education.

And the benefits? They extend far beyond your term. State Officers gain real-world leadership experience, build lifelong friendships, and receive specialized training that prepares them for future academic and career success. The memories you make and the skills you develop will stay with you long after your year of service ends.

If you’re driven, ready to take on new challenges, and excited to help shape the future of Ohio BPA, this is your opportunity to lead, grow, and Amplify Your Impact!
