Remember, in order for students to be able to submit they must be registered for Regionals and your registration must be submitted to the National Office.

• Presubmits OPEN: Dec 4, 2023 @ 8:00 a.m.

• Topics for Topic Judged Events will be released on Monday, Dec 4, 2023 at 8:00 a.m.

• Presumits CLOSE for all Judged Events: Dec 17, 2023, AT 5:00 p.m.

• All Judged Events will submit their presentation to the judges (and technical project if required) by this deadline! No exceptions.

• Contest Deadlines for all events can be found by clicking here. This information helps with information on what to turn in for all the JUDGED CONTESTS.

• These deadlines are also for the Regional President Application & the Scholarship Application! 

• You will test your kids on YOUR CAMPUS for open events and Non- Judged tests.

• The SET days for Non-Judged Testing will take place on January 10 - 12, 2024. Testing can take place either before or after school on these days.

• We are also setting up a conflict testing date on January 13, 2024, and if YOU APPROVE their conflict, you can have them test in that window too.

• Tech support will be offered at set times offered both before and after school.

  • Jan 10 - School Testing Days - 7:30 - 9:00 AM OR 3:30 - 6:30 PM

  • Jan 11 - School Testing Days  - 7:30 - 9:00 AM OR 3:30 - 6:30 PM

  • Jan 12 - School Testing Days  - 7:30 - 9:00 AM OR 3:30 - 6:30 PM

  • Jan 13 - Conflict Testing - 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM ONLY

• All students who are registered to attend our Regional Leadership Conference will be registered for all open events. Students are allowed to take as many open events as they want to.

• Top 6 Finalist for all JUDGED Events will be released on January 12, 2024.

• These finalists will be scheduled to report to Reedy High School at a specific time and room to present to our Judges in person.

• Elections will be held Jan 11 - 13th

• Students will be sent a ballot that has the candidate's speech, statement, and photo.

• A remind will go out to help you remember to have your delegates vote!
