The State Association Advisory Council
The State Association Advisory Council (SAAC) serves as a key link between State and Country Associations, the BPA Board of Trustees, and National Staff. Its purpose is to support BPA’s mission and ensure State and Country Associations have a voice in national planning and programming.
SAAC members provide insight, advocate for local needs, and help implement national initiatives at the state and country level. Council members also work with other BPA councils and committees to strengthen BPA programs nationwide and on a global scale.
