  • Late Registration Ends: December 12, 2025 @ 6:00 pm

NOTICE:  Ensure that payment is received before January10, 2025. Chapters that still have a pending balance after this day will incur a late fee of $50. An additional $25 fee will be incurred every 5 days there after. NO EXCEPTIONS. Balances must be paid prior to check-in at the Regional Leadership Conference.

All student submissions (Pre-submits/RP/Scholarship Applications) are due by 6:00 pm on December 19, 2025. Please ensure that you submit prior to the deadline. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE IF PROJECTS AND APPLICATIONS ARE NOT RECIEVED BY THE DEADLINE.
