The BPA Innovation Scholarship is sponsored by BPA’s executive director and elaborates the creativity, leadership, and forward-thinking spirit of BPA members. It is designed to recognize students who go beyond expectations—those who embrace innovation to solve challenges, elevate their chapters, and amplify BPA’s impact in their schools and communities.

- Academic & Career Snapshot: Applicants share GPA, years in BPA, future education plans, intended career path, and how innovation supports their goals.
- BPA Engagement Snapshot: Applicants highlight their highest Torch Award and primary competitive event(s).
- Innovation & Impact Portfolio: A concise case study describing the challenge, the innovative solution, the impact and outcomes, and the applicant’s role.
- Leadership & Values Reflection: Applicants explain how their innovation influenced others, which Torch value best aligns with their work, and how it reflects BPA’s mission.
Tip: Keep your case study concise—focus on the challenge, what you built or changed, and the measurable impact.
