Any member can attend the National Leadership Conference. You may attend as a competition qualifier, an Ambassador Torch Awards winner, a Special Recognition Awards winner, a voting delegate, an Executive Council candidate or to participate in the conference and earn certifications, attend leadership sessions and participate in general open events.
