The Exhibitor Showcase is a hub of excitement during the BPA National Leadership Conference as attendees from across the country come seeking inspiration and information to help their program and students advance to the next level. Held on the first two days of the conference each year, the Exhibitor Showcase offers excellent visibility and provides an opportunity for your company, agency or organization to exhibit products, services and opportunities.
The BPA National Leadership Conference attracts a large number of attendees and offers a great opportunity for companies and organizations to interact with high-achieving, active, leadership-oriented students and advisors seeking educational resources, fundraising ideas, merchandise and more. The two-day Exhibitor Showcase provides a perfect opportunity to meet with BPA members from across the country and showcase your products or services.
2023 NLC Information
The BPA National Leadership Conference will be held at the Hilton Anaheim located in Anaheim, California on April 26-30, 2023. The Exhibitor Showcase schedule of events is as follows:
Wednesday, April 26
Exhibitor Move-in: 6:00 pm-8:00 pm
Thursday, April 27
Exhibitor Move-in: 7:00 am-9:00 am
Exhibitor Showcase: 9:00 am-5:00 pm
Friday, April 28
Exhibitor Showcase: 9:00 am-4:00 pm
Exhibitor Move-out: 4:00 pm-7:00 pm
An exhibitor housing block at the host hotel will be made available at the discounted convention rate. Information on hotel accommodations will be shared with registered exhibitors in late February and hotel reservations can be made via special weblink provided by BPA between March 1 – April 1. Exhibitors are not required to stay at the convention hotel.
