Classroom Educators Advisory Council Summer Meeting
The Classroom Educators Advisory Council (CEAC) Summer Meeting is held annually during the month of July. Appointed representatives to the Classroom Educators Advisory Council meet to review the Workplace Skills Assessment Program (WSAP) and make recommendations to the Board of Trustees.
2021 meeting dates will be released by March 1, 2021.
State Association Advisory Council Summer Meeting
The State Association Advisory Council (SAAC) Summer Meeting is held annually during the month of July. State Advisors representing all chartered states of Business Professionals of America meet to review policy and present formal recommendations to the Board of Trustees.

The Board of Trustees Summer Meeting is held annually in the month of July. Board members meet to conduct the business of Business Professionals of America and set short-term and long-term goals for the organization.
