We Empower Rising Student Leaders
Business Professionals of America is committed to developing and empowering rising student leaders to discover their passion and change the world.TM
Service learning is a catalyst that nurtures lifelong civic engagement and development of ethical values, with the hopeful outcome of building stronger communities.
BPA Cares is a program that shines a light on and recognizes BPA chapters and their members who participate in community service. Participation in this program means that members are engaging in worthwhile projects while having the opportunity to receive recognition from the national organization. Business Professionals of America encourages local chapter advisors to become involved in one or more of the BPA Cares programs offered.
Our Students Help in Many Ways:
Our BPA Cares program encourages our student members to start on a lifelong path of service learning and community involvement. We believe that developing these traits in our members not only leads to the development of important leadership characteristics, but also helps us build stronger communities.
Some of the activities our members perform within our BPA Program includes:
- Working with the Special Olympics team
- Advocate for environment action and awareness
- Developing local safety programs
- Assisting in various community activities like food banks and clean up duties
Here’s How We Recognize Our Students and Members
BPA Cares gives our student members the opportunity to receive recognition on a national level while performing engaging activities throughout their local communities. The results of their efforts are realized in front of their mentors and peers at our annual National Leadership Conference.
