A Path for Our Future
Business Professionals of America’s Strategic & Long Range Plan is the product of a planning process that is reviewed by the Board of Trustees’ Strategic & Long Range Plan Committee regularly and includes measureable, realistic, attainable but challenging long-term goals and strategies for the organization.
This document is made available to communicate the organization’s goals, the actions needed to achieve those goals and critical elements developed during the planning phase.
The Strategic & Long Range Plan has been developed to better position BPA to respond to and serve the changing needs of its members and evolve as a premier Career & Technical Student Organization (CTSO) in order to be a stronger partner in their success and build on the vision of Business Professionals of America and the goals set forth by its leadership.
The Strategic & Long Range Plan serves as a framework for developing BPA’s annual business plans and budgets for the next several years and is continually reviewed and refined in order to respond to changes within our membership and Career Technical Education (CTE).
BPA’s Strategic & Long Range Plan is not intended to detail all the initiatives, programs and activities BPA will undertake in the course of serving the membership and CTE, nor can it foresee changes in underlying assumptions on which key strategic choices have been made. Instead, it identifies what BPA must be doing in the future to continue to be successful.
