Registration Deadlines

Remember, in order to register students for Regionals and your membership registration must be submitted to the National Office.

      • Regular Registration Starts: Nov 1, 2024
      • Regular Registration Ends: Dec 6, 2024
      • Late Registration Starts: Dec 7, 2024
      • Late Registration Ends: Dec 8, 2024 (@ 5pm)

Pre-Submission Deadlines

    • Presubmits OPEN: Dec 16, 2024

    • Presumits CLOSE: Jan 10, 2025 AT NOON

If you are participating in an event that requires a presubmit, if you don't submit your files by the deadline you will be disqualified from the event. The Regional Advisors will contact all advisors of students who failed to presubmit their projects.
